Need to lose 19 pounds.
To lose weight i’ll: walk every morning, and night. Jog once a week. Go to sleep at 9 pm, and wake up at 6 am. Go to the YMCA at least 4 times a week. 1 junk food a day, at most. Eat only breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 1 snack a day, at regular times. When I walk, power walk. Limit meal portions. Drink at least 4 bottles/cups of water a day. Sodas count as junk food. Will do yogo class at school.
If I break one of my rules I can’t go on the computer for 1 week. I’m addicted to the computer so it works.
Is there anything I should add?
Does it sound good?

not sure why you want to lose 19 pounds..but Ill tell you right now if you’re not at a health risk, a diet may not be right for you at this point. A tip, if you really want to lose wieght dont measure yourself by wieght (because that WILL fluctuate during different times of the day, the amount of water you drink..all that)..measure by your clothes size. Don’t even try to get in the habit of weighing yourself. The scale is just a big stressful dissappointment. Muscle weighs more than fat too..so when you work out at the “y” you may be gaining muscle (another reason you shouldnt measure yourself by weight) If you need to weigh yourself, do it a minimum of once a week. And remember to reward yourself! when you feel good or accomplished go to a movie, or get your nails done..something you enjoy doing thats not related to your diet in any way. but try not to let it consume your every minute. Go out and have fun with your friends, Heck! have them come work out with you!, listen to music, draw/write/ whatever you like to do. Remember the more you focus on the numbers and obsessing about any aspect of the diet, will just wear you out. physically and emotionally.
I wish you all the luck in the world
and remember to really ask yourself the real reason you feel it necessary to diet
Be strong!
love always, Hanna
Please don’t obsess. I spent 5 months trying to lose 15 pounds, and it’s like my life became food. Instead of thinking about being with my friends, I was thinking about weaseling my way out of whatever unhealthy meal they had likely planned at the slumber party. Or how I could eat enough as to where I didn’t look rude, but not enough to gain weight. I don’t know. I lost sight of what matters. Remember to keep your priorities in order.
Hi Everybody
I just became a part of this forum here and I would like to be a part of it.
Just love the environment here. Great job by the admin and mods and every member around.
I appreciate the worthof videos and links provided by everyone here and hope I can do my own bit of contribution.
Just to start off, I came across this site MyCollagenBeauty.com that is offering a 10-minute Skin Regeneration Program created especially so that folks that have responsive skin, acne skin problems can fully make use ofthe precious ingredients contained in Collagen Beauty Line products. Using the simple rules of the Program, you can be confident that you will give your skin everything necessary for it to look more beautiful every day.
About 80% of your skin is made from collagen, giving the skin its basic structure.
Collagen makes skin stronger, thicker and more agile, which is what makes skin smooth, firm and strong - and young looking. But regrettably as we age the skin losses collagen and your body regularly produces less and less.
To optimize the effects of skin care using Collagen Beauty Line cosmetics, the 10-minute Skin Regeneration Program was created.
o Apply Collagen Beauty Exclusive to dry and cleansed face. Using your fingertips dab the gel gently into the skin.
o Wait 10 minutes until gel is completely absorbed and you will feel a slight skin tension.
o Apply a small amount of Collagen Beauty GLA Revive, Collagen Beauty Light or Collagen Beauty Marigold Cream and then gently spread it or dab it into the skin.
